Sender identity

These terms govern your use of the services provided by EZ IG LLC dba Pages ("Pages", "we", "us"), headquartered in Orange County, CA. By using our website, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these terms.

Billing & refunds

Monthly plans: billed at the start of each billing period. Cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid period and will not renew. Monthly fees are non-refundable.

Annual plans: provide twelve months of service at a discounted annual rate. Cancel within your first 90 days and we will refund your prepayment minus each 30-day period started, calculated at the standard monthly rate. After 90 days, annual plans are non-refundable. The annual discount does not apply to partial terms.

Text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Pages may send you two categories of text messages:

• Marketing messages — special offers, discounts, and service updates.
• Non-marketing messages — audit follow-ups, account notifications, and appointment scheduling.

Each category requires its own separate opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (949) 736-4660 or support@runonpages.com.

After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information — including the mobile opt-in data covered by our text messaging program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
